The Trauma sector in India  is in a state of rapid expansion. Traditionally, the region’s Hospital Accident and Emergency Rooms were required to manage all emergency cases entering their departments.

In line with the increasing sophistication of the India's healthcare sector, the discipline of managing specific trauma cases – apart from the day-to-day operations of the Accident & Emergency Department – is increasingly coming to the fore.

Trauma Criticare 2006  is a groundbreaking conference and exhibition designed to discuss and debate the management of Trauma and Critical Care cases from across the region.

The Organizing Committee of "Trauma Criticare 2006" cordially invites you to participate in the 10th National Conference of International Trauma Anaesthesia and Critical Care Society (Indian Chapter) to be held in Agra, India, on 6th-10th September, 2006.

Trauma care has now been accepted as multidisciplinary Speciality. A holistic approach should be involved, where the patient is the most important person, in the team of specialist, in various disciplines of medicine, contributing their knowledge and skills to guarantee not only the survival but also a quality of life thereafter to the patient.

This is the only conference catering to Trauma Care involving Surgeons, Anaesthesiologists, Critical care specialists, Emergency Physician, Dental surgeons, Physical therapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Trauma Care Nurses, Nutritionists and orthopeadicians.

The Scientific Program will include Comprehensive Trauma Life Support and important critical care issues. The scientific deliberations will one of the most important facets of this conference. Symposia, video presentations & interactive sessions are being planned during the conference.
